This role focuses on assisting in the coordination and management of web, mobile, and other development projects. The Project Coordinator ensures timely project completion within budget and scope, adhering to company standards for delivery and support. Responsibilities include supporting the web development team with tasks related to project planning, execution, and delivery. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsible for working with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional agency teams to deploy paid digital media campaigns on META, Google (search, banners, and YouTube) and TikTok.
The Candidate is expected to manage end-to-end campaign including campaign setup, audience building and keyword research, uploading ad creative, day to day management of accounts, daily, weekly and monthly ad account optimizations, monitoring performance on ads and adjusting actions, analyzing and optimizing performance campaigns against set KPIs and reporting on campaign performance.
The role involves internal and external communication as well as analyze campaign performance, optimize, measure against KPIs and report.

Requirements:
• PHP 5 and PHP 7.
• MySQL, Postgres, and NoSQL databases.
• Apigee, Mulesoft or similar
• Composer and many of the major PHP frameworks (including Laravel and Symfony).
• Experience developing in a modern front-end framework, Angular.js, Backbone, Ember, Knockout or React
• Android and IOS experience a must
• Testing and delivering high-quality code.

In this role, you will be the voice of our clients’ brands on social media, responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and fostering relationships with online communities. Your expertise will help drive brand growth and consistency across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop fun, engaging, and informative content that aligns with the brand identity of AddBloom’s partners. This includes writing posts, creating visuals, and producing multimedia content.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with social media communities by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering positive interactions. Cultivate strong relationships with online communities and liaise with partners as needed.
User-Generated Content Moderation: Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards. Escalate any issues to the appropriate internal or client teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Creative Designers to generate fresh ideas for social content. Coordinate with the project team to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and contributes to brand growth.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance using agency-approved tools. Report on key metrics, provide insights, and suggest improvements to optimize social media strategies.
Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive brand activity. Share relevant findings and data with internal teams and clients to inform strategy.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent writing skills in French, English, and Arabic, with a strong focus on grammar, punctuation, and high-quality content composition.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to adapt content to suit different platforms and audiences.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and error-free.

As part of your role, you would be required to manage the overall client-agency relationship, ideate and create proactive digital strategies and guide your team to execute them in an efficient manner and closely monitor the campaign execution process to ensure outstanding performance.
As a consultant, strategist, mentor and team liaison, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-term client partnerships while collaborating internally with design, content, and community management and digital media team members on a daily basis to help understand/define client KPIs and generate innovative and strategic solutions to meet those goals.
You will lead your team to oversee campaigns throughout every development phase - from concept through execution and beyond, reporting on key insights and offering data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization and performance improvement.
As the primary point of contact, you will be instrumental in shaping strategy, driving performance and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue and new business growth. Your primary responsibility would include liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis to form strong, long lasting relationship with them.
